Elise Baudelet

Elise Baudelet is a marketing professional with extensive experience in talent marketing and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Talent Marketing Lead for Avanade in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands since March 2022, Elise has previously held roles at WTW as Chef de projet marketing and Chargée de Marketing & Communication, focusing on operational marketing projects and content strategies for Human Capital & Benefits. Earlier career experiences include positions in project marketing and communication at ISEP, junior expertise in territorial marketing for the Conference of Atlantic Arc Cities, and various roles in communication and project management within notable organizations such as Accor and Le Groupe La Poste. Elise holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Rennes School of Business and additional qualifications in International Business from various institutions, including Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and Griffith College Dublin.
