Emanuele Ripamonti

Emanuele Ripamonti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and project management, currently serving as the Sr. Director - ICEG Software Engineering Practice Lead at Avanade since September 2004. Emanuele leads the SW Engineering Practice, focusing on the implementation of advanced digital solutions and modern engineering practices, while also overseeing business growth, sales development, and talent management for a team of over 600 professionals across Italy and Poland. Previous roles include Sr. Director of the Italian Delivery Centers team, Director of ICEG Business Operations, and Program and Project Management Director. Prior to Avanade, Emanuele worked at Iriscube and Reply, gaining foundational experience in IT consulting and software development. Emanuele holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Milano.
