Galen Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and customer engagement, currently serving as the Sr. Director and Practice Delivery Lead for Customer Engagement in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany at Avanade since November 2018. In addition to this role, Galen also leads the CRM Talent Community for the same regions. Prior to Avanade, Galen held the position of Software Development Lead at Infoman AG from January 2016 to October 2018 and has held several significant roles at Avanade from June 2010 to December 2015, including Director and Group Manager of Software Development. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Architect and Enterprise Architect at Ceridian from October 2005 to June 2010. Galen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Syracuse University - Maxwell School and a Master of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University School of Information Studies.
