Greg Roderick

Greg Roderick is an accomplished learning and development leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. At Avanade from September 2017 to December 2021, Greg served as Global Lead, Technology Learning, successfully upskilling over 7,000 technical employees and building a high-performing team of learning professionals. In the role of Senior Director, Global Learning, Greg directed a 30-person team in delivering over 200 courses annually, significantly enhancing employee skills across various domains. As Interim Head of Global Learning, Greg led a 45-person global team, ensuring continuous strategic development. Prior to Avanade, Greg held various leadership roles at Infusion, where responsibilities included managing consulting services, driving employee experience initiatives, and scaling team structures during periods of growth. Greg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
