Jackie Herman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business transformation, currently serving as a Client Account Lead at Avanade since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Modern Application Transformation Offering in North America and Canada. Prior to joining Avanade, Jackie held various leadership roles at Centric Consulting from February 2011 to May 2021, including Partner/Director of Technology & Data Analytics Services, designing solutions across multiple platforms and services like SaaS, Azure, and blockchain. Jackie's career also includes positions at Atos Origin, HSN, and The Pat Henry Group, with a strong foundation in web solutions delivery and technical management. Jackie holds a Master's of Computer & Information Sciences from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism, Public Relations, and Marketing from Ohio University.
