Janet Vardeman

Janet Vardeman is a Global Executive and Leadership Talent Acquisition Lead at Avanade via Accenture, recognized for driving innovative talent strategies and high-level recruitment across diverse sectors. Janet has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including positions at Washington University in St. Louis and Centric Consulting, where they significantly enhanced diversity and inclusion efforts and developed strategic hiring processes. They are passionate about creating optimal experiences for candidates and stakeholders and have contributed as a Forbes writer and member of the TA Leadership Advisory Board Council.
