Jessica Olson

Jessica Olson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data services and analytics, currently serving as Manager and IT People Data Services and Analytics Lead at Avanade since May 2022. Previously, Jessica held the position of Business Intelligence Director at Wunderman Thompson from September 2006 to March 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team to collaborate with Finance and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and implement data solutions, as well as creating Power BI reports for various business needs. Earlier career roles included Lead National Sales Coordinator at T-Mobile USA, where Jessica designed Microsoft Access databases for sales tracking, and positions in administration and recruitment. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Business, with a focus on Business & Marketing Education, from the University of Minnesota.
