Jimmy Soo

Jimmy Soo has over a decade of experience in the information technology field, currently serving as an Infrastructure Manager at Avanade since February 2013, where expertise focuses on Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint Server within project-based roles. Prior to this, Jimmy held various positions including Senior Infrastructure Consultant and Infrastructure Analyst at Avanade, and worked at Spotless Group from 2008 to 2012 as a Field Engineer providing level 2 desktop support to over 2,000 users in Australia, while contributing to IT projects and staff training. Academically, Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Business Information Systems Management from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by a Diploma of Information Technology in Networking from TAFE NSW.
