Joshua Hoiland

Joshua Hoiland is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Group Manager for CRM Technical Architecture at Avanade since April 2023, providing expertise in Microsoft Power Platform engagements, including systems architecture and design for Dynamics 365 and related integrations. Prior to this role, Joshua spent two decades at eLogic in various capacities, such as Manager, Technical Lead, Technical Solution Architect, and Software Developer, focusing on web application development, systems integration, and application lifecycle management. Joshua began a career in technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology, contributing as a consultant and developing relational databases, followed by an engineering assistant position at Exelon. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2003.
