Kathleen Sutcliffe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM solution development and web solutions architecture. Currently serving as Group Manager for CRM Solution Development at Avanade since September 2019, Kathleen has played a key role in defining the roadmap and strategy for Office 365 SharePoint, Teams, Project Server, and Dynamics 365. Prior to this position, Kathleen held the title of Principal Web Solutions Architect and Manager of Global Applications at West Pharmaceutical Services from September 2001 to February 2019. Kathleen received education from Mount St. Mary's University.
