Lady Kokela

Lady Kokela is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Avanade Australia, where they focus on expanding a team of over 600 professionals across six states while pursuing operational excellence and sustainability goals. They have previously held roles at Microsoft, specializing in business management and client solutions across Africa. In 2023, Lady founded the Lighthouse Foundation, aiming to empower underprivileged South African children through education and innovative technology. They hold a Master’s degree in Computational & Applied Mathematics from the University of the Witwatersrand, which laid the groundwork for their career merging mathematics with business and social impact initiatives. Outside of their professional endeavors, Lady is a devoted family member, nature enthusiast, and traveler.
