Lindy Bates

Lindy Bates is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business design, strategy, and account management. Currently serving as Director of Avanade X Canada since January 2023, Lindy previously held the position of VP, Business Design at Highline Beta from July 2020 to December 2022, where work involved collaborating with major clients such as ABInBev and McDonald’s. Additional roles include Senior Account and Strategy Director at Huge, Engagement Director at RGB Consulting, and Managing Director & Partner at MRM//McCann. Earlier career experience includes positions at Critical Mass, Macleod Dixon LLP, and roles in knowledge management and communications.
