Mackenzie Zimmerman

Mackenzie Zimmerman, Ph.D., is a Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management at Avanade, where they apply their expertise in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Previously, they served as a Data Analyst at MyExcelia, focusing on analyzing ROI data from coaching interventions, and as a Research Consultant at Pivot NW, where they aided in creating strategies for engaging young adults in congregations. Mackenzie also held roles in membership services at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties and as a District 3 League Play Coordinator for Special Olympics Washington. They are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University, expected to be completed in 2025.
