Matt Pearson is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in delivering medium to large-scale BI, Data, Analytics, and ERP projects. Currently serving as Manager of Project Delivery at Avanade, Matt has held progressive roles including Senior Consultant and previously worked as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Altius and Cognitran, respectively. Expertise includes project scoping, stakeholder communication, risk management, and agile methodologies. Matt possesses a Bachelor of Science with Honours First Class in Business Management from Canterbury Christ Church University and is ITIL certified, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development and effective project delivery.
