Michal Beski

Michal Beski is the Director and Software Engineering Practice Lead at Avanade, where they focus on leading practices and evolving capabilities in line with market and customer needs. Michal began their career at Nokia Siemens Networks as an Integration & Verification Engineer and later held various roles in Quality Assurance, including QA Manager and QA Team Manager at Infusion. They have extensive experience working as a QA consultant for large companies and have worked onsite in New York, Toronto, and Tokyo. Michal holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wroclaw University of Technology.
