Mimi Lee

Mimi Lee is an experienced professional in organizational change management and transformation, currently serving as the Head of OCM Advisory at Avanade in Australia since November 2023. Previously, Mimi held the position of Head of Transformation Management at Cognizant from October 2022 to October 2023, and was the Cultural Transformation Lead at Interchange from November 2021 to September 2022.
