Nikola Poli is an AI Engineering Team Lead with a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data analytics. They have held various roles, including Management Consultant at Capgemini Invent, where they drive global AI strategy and initiatives. Nikola previously worked as a data scientist intern at Equinor, contributed to sustainability-focused statistical analyses at Multiconsult, and served as a Teaching Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School.
