Paul Yates

Paul Yates is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in infrastructure and user support across multiple organizations. During tenure at Aegis Media, Paul served as a Senior Systems Engineer, managing UK and Ireland infrastructure, and as a Desktop Support Engineer providing support for approximately 1,500 users. At Dentsu Aegis Network, Paul advanced to Global Messaging & Directory Services Manager, overseeing a global Active Directory and messaging environment for over 30,000 users, followed by a role as Global End User Computing Technical Services Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included managing support for 50,000 users globally. Currently, Paul holds multiple roles at Avanade, focusing on Modern Workplace Engineering as a Group Manager and Director of Solution Architecture. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Manchester Business School.
