Raffaella Reale

Raffaella Reale is currently the Group Manager Delivery Lead for FSI at Avanade, where they utilize their extensive experience in project management and team leadership. Previously, Raffaella held various roles, including Senior Functional Analyst at Cedacri, where they managed implementation projects and coordinated teams. Raffaella has a background in finance and accounting, having worked at SDAM, TAS Spa, and SICOM Informatica. They hold a degree in Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Parma, completed in 1999. Raffaella is known for their determination, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills, and has a passion for learning and connecting with diverse cultures through travel.
