Rayfield Johnson

Rayfield Johnson, MBA, MCSE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and AI leadership roles at Avanade, starting in January 2007. Currently serving as the Data and AI Solution Area Lead for the Midwest, Rayfield focuses on strategic growth and implementation of Microsoft Data and AI initiatives. Previous roles at Avanade include Senior Director and Director of the North America Data and AI Practice. Rayfield began a career in technology as a Web Developer and Database Manager at Franklin College and holds a Master of Business Administration from Walden University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Franklin College.
