Renato Stehling

Renato Stehling serves as the Practices Lead and Vice-President at Avanade since January 2018, overseeing the growth of various practices including Applications, Cloud, and AI while ensuring technical excellence and workforce development. Previously, Renato held roles such as COO and Head of Delivery at Avanade, where strategic leadership and operational efficiency were prioritized. Renato’s experience extends to IBM as an eCommerce and BPM Associate Partner and management positions at BRQ and CPqD, contributing to IT strategy and project success. Renato holds a Ph.D. in Computing Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science.
