Ross Campbell

Ross Campbell serves as the APAC Lead for the Copilot Business Transformation Group at Avanade, focusing on enhancing business outcomes through improved employee and customer experiences since January 2020. Prior to this role, Ross held various senior director positions at Avanade, where responsibilities included leading workplace advisory efforts and establishing a Centre of Excellence in Modern Workplace solutions across AsiaPac and South America. Ross's previous experience at PwC Australia as a Director in the ‘People & Organisation’ practice involved strategic workforce planning and organisational change initiatives, alongside leadership roles in societal impact and future of work programs. Earlier career achievements at AchieveGlobal included serving as National Manager of Strategic Accounts, where Ross was pivotal in driving revenue and relationship management. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
