Shoren Masakayan

Shoren Masakayan is a seasoned HR specialist and freelance recruiter with nearly eight years of experience, including seven years focused on sourcing and recruitment within various sectors such as digital marketing, BPO, and retail. Shoren's career began as a Sales Agent at Acquire BPO before transitioning to a Sourcing Supervisor at SPi CRM and later serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Bliss Drive. Currently, Shoren holds dual roles as a TA Services Lead at Avanade and Recruiting Lead at Accenture, managing recruitment strategies and team performance for the APAC region. Shoren earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Luzon State University.
