Shravanthi Budhi, POPM, has a diverse background in business analytics, marketing, and product management, with experience spanning multiple roles across various organizations. At the Martin Tuchman School of Management NJIT, Shravanthi served as a Senior Lab Assistant and later as a Student Director, where leadership was demonstrated by managing teams and initiating the Salesforce Student Group. Experience at AmTrust Financial Services included roles as Research Analyst and Marketing Analyst, contributing to insurance solution development and leading marketing campaigns. In the position of UX/UI Developer at Avanade, responsibilities included leading development projects, managing team collaboration, and enhancing user experience through innovative design. Shravanthi's expertise extends to Scrum Masterial functions, business analysis, and product ownership, notably in digital transformation efforts to streamline user navigation. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and a Master's Degree in Management of Web Systems and Media, both from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
