Steve Rae is a seasoned Technical Support Manager and Senior Consultant at Avanade, where responsibilities include managing the NHS mail platform on Microsoft O365 and overseeing a dedicated team in a highly skilled technical environment. With experience transitioning the NHS mail platform to O365 and serving as a Shift Lead for Cloud Managed Services, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership and technical expertise in supporting mission-critical infrastructure. Prior to Avanade, Steve worked at HP UK as a Senior Systems Analyst and Messaging Specialist, providing support to maritime and land deployed forces, and previously served NHS England as a Technical Support professional.
