Swarna Tej is an experienced IT professional with a background in security consulting and team leadership. Swarna started at Tata Consultancy Services in February 2013, progressing from IT Analyst to Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing and streamlining team processes and motivating team members to improve performance. In June 2019, Swarna transitioned to Avanade as a Security Consultant, addressing various customer challenges and collaborating with colleagues. Currently, Swarna serves as a Senior Security Consultant at Avanade, continuing to leverage expertise in security solutions.
