Thiago Silva Borges is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and agile development, currently serving as a Director at Avanade since April 2017. Thiago has held various roles at Avanade, including Group Manager and Manager, focusing on generative AI consulting, architectural solutions, and technological transitions for prominent clients such as NATURA, BRADESCO, and SANTANDER. Prior to Avanade, Thiago worked at CI&T as a Software Architect, contributing to software platform transitions and implementing agile methodologies. Thiago’s earlier roles include positions at Techbiz Informática, Montreal Informática, and Poliedro, where responsibilities encompassed software architecture design and leadership of development teams.
