Toks Etti has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Modern Workplace Lead for Central Canada at Avanade since January 2006. In this role, Toks is responsible for developing a service management framework for Microsoft 365 adoption, providing technical solutions, and delivering administrator training. Toks has also acted as the Lead Architect for various projects, such as the Public Key Infrastructure deployment for a North American Retail Organization and the Office 365 & Azure Authentication project for the Ontario Independent Trust Agency. Earlier roles include Project Lead and Solution Architect for a large North American forestry manufacturer and Manager at Workbrain Inc. Toks holds a BSc in Urban Studies from London Metropolitan University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
