Tom Royce

Tom Royce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance transformation and digital solutions within the Capital Markets industry. Currently serving as Director at Avanade since March 2022, Tom focuses on digital transformations leveraging the Microsoft Ecosystem. Prior roles include Group Head of Finance Transformation at Arrow Global Group Plc, where responsibilities included the integration of multiple businesses across several countries and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Tom has also held significant positions at Santander UK, leading accounting controls and transformation initiatives, and has a strong background in finance program management at both Banco Santander and GE Capital. Tom launched a career at Gillette Group UK Limited and Xerox, following a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Aston University.
