Vidya Kasturi

Vidya Kasturi is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Senior Director and Regional Application Modernization Lead at Avanade since August 2019, Vidya previously held key positions, including Director of Research and Development at Micro Focus, where responsibilities included orchestrating architecture transformation and leading a global team of 150 engineers. Other notable roles include Senior Software Engineering Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where agility and DevOps practices were introduced, as well as Software Engineering Manager at HP, managing multiple global teams on cloud-related projects.
