Yuna O. has diverse experience in human resources and talent acquisition, beginning as a Human Resources Intern at BMW Group from November 2019 to February 2020, where Yuna led the HR Harmonization Project, integrating operations across different legal entities. From April 2020 to April 2022, Yuna worked at Honda, overseeing various HR functions including leading recruitment projects for new graduates, specifically targeting Japanese students for tech positions and hiring global software engineers from the Indian Institute of Technology. Currently, Yuna is employed at Avanade as an HR Talent Acquisition professional, a position held since April 2022, and became part of Accenture in March 2025, serving as a Human Resources Recruiter engaged in full-cycle recruitment. Yuna holds a Bachelor's degree in International Policy and Development from Kwansei Gakuin University and another Bachelor's degree from Universitetet i Oslo.
