James Ramos

Lead Customer Success Manager at Avanan

James Ramos began their work experience in 2011 as a Cryptologic Technician in the US Navy, serving until 2014. In 2014, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Providence Equity Partners before joining Atrion in 2015 as a Network Engineer. At Atrion, James was responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure. In 2016, they moved to Mimecast as a Professional Services Consultant until 2019. James then worked at Proofpoint as a Professional Services Consultant in Digital Risk from 2019 to 2020. Currently, James is a Lead Customer Success Manager at Avanan (Proud to Join Check Point Software Technologies), starting in 2020.

James Ramos attended the Community College of Rhode Island from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Computer Science. James obtained additional certifications, including CCDA from Cisco in July 2015 and CCNA R/S from Cisco in April 2015.
