Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and outsourcing industries. Currently, Amit serves as Director at WiseStep, a platform that facilitates crowd-sourcing of talent acquisition since January 2008, while also co-founding and presiding over Avance Consulting, a leading IT firm in North America and Europe. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at WNS Global Services, focusing on business development and strategic initiatives, and Senior Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Amit also held managerial positions at Bharti Infotel and began his career as an Executive at Maruti Udyog Ltd.
