Judy Yee

Judy Yee is a co-founder and board member of ADAPT.legal, where they focus on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the intellectual property profession. They served as a patent attorney at Perkins Coie LLP from 2006 to 2011, managing patent portfolios and supporting litigation efforts. Previously, Judy held various law clerk positions, including at Brinks Hofer Gilson Lione and Darby & Darby, where they prosecuted patent applications. Judy also worked at Microsoft from 2011 to 2024 as Assistant General Counsel, leading the patent team for Microsoft’s Cloud and AI business. They hold a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BS from the University of Michigan.
