Thomas Dalibor

Thomas Dalibor has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Thomas began their career at ABB as a Project Leader in R&D from 1998 to 2001. Thomas then moved to TDK-Micronas, where they worked as a Foundry Project Manager and later became a Program Manager for Digital TV from 2001 to 2008. Since 2008, they have been employed at AVANCIS GmbH, initially as an R&D professional before progressing to Senior Manager roles in New Processes and Process Development. Thomas currently holds the position of Director CTO, starting in January 2022.

Thomas Dalibor obtained a Promotion degree in Physik from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom degree in Physik from the same institution from 1988 to 1994. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained a certification in "Mit schwierigen Mitarbeitern umgehen" from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
