Thomas Heilmann has extensive experience in process controlling and planning, having worked in various roles in the manufacturing industry since the early 2000s. Thomas started their career as a Schichtaufsicht at Infineon Technologie SC300 GmbH & Co.OHG, and has since held positions such as Assistent-Liniensteuerung at Qimonda Dresden GmbH, Expert Fertigungssteuerung at Solibro GmbH, and currently serves as the Group Leader Process Controlling and Planning at Avancis GmbH.
