Avancos has experienced consultants that specialize in recruitment for the infrastructure sector and a solid network, system and process to reach out to experienced expertise. In some areas of excellence, we have access to up to 80% of the relevant candidates usually not reached by advertising, your own network or other recruitment channels.

Avancos has extensive experience in international recruitment and is well positioned to help companies expand to other countries or to recruit international expertise to broaden the selection. In addition to our offices in North America, India, Spain, the UK, the Netherlands and Sweden, we have through membership in recruitment network access to over 600 branches covering most countries. Moreover, we have at our Swedish office six different nationalities covering languages such as Russian, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, Spanish, German, Swedish and English.
