Flora Y.

Flora Y. has extensive work experience in the field of clinical research coordination. Flora started their career as a Clinical Trials Intern at Nucleus Network in February 2012 and progressed to become a Clinical Research Coordinator, responsible for coordinating clinical trials. After two years, they were promoted to the position of Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, a role they held until April 2016.

In 2016, Flora Y. joined Alfred Health as a Clinical Trial Coordinator, managing various aspects of clinical trials. In June 2018, they were promoted to the role of Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at Alfred Health, where they continued to oversee and coordinate clinical research projects until July 2022.

Currently, Flora Y. is working as an Associate Project Manager at Avania, a leading contract research organization specializing in clinical studies for medical devices and biologics. In this role, they are responsible for managing project teams and ensuring the timely delivery of trial requirements while adhering to relevant regulations and quality standards.

Flora Y. completed their Bachelor of Biomedical Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences at RMIT University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Kew High School from 2003 to 2008, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. In addition to their formal education, Flora Y. has obtained certifications in Nonconformance Management and Training Management from Greenlight Guru in January 2023.
