Mandy Ding has a robust background in clinical research, evidenced by experiences at institutions such as the University of Toronto and the University Health Network. As a Research Assistant, Mandy managed recruitment and developed surveys for clinical trials. In a subsequent role as a Graduate Student Researcher, Mandy designed original studies, notably a pilot trial of focused ultrasound neuromodulation for Parkinson’s Disease, and collaborated on inter-disciplinary projects. Prior experience includes research at Baycrest focusing on Alzheimer's Disease, as well as work as a Clinical Consultant at Avania, where Mandy leads clinical study design and regulatory strategies for medical devices. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto, an Affiliate Student designation from UCL, and is currently pursuing an MBA and a Master of Science in Medical Science at the University of Toronto.
