Sujith Shetty

Sujith Shetty is a highly experienced professional in the cardiovascular therapeutic and clinical research fields. Currently serving as the VP Cardiovascular Therapeutic Franchise Head at Avania since January 2023, Sujith has held significant roles in various companies, including Vice President of Product Delivery at BioCardia, Inc. and Acting CMO and VP Clinical/Regulatory at BioCardia. Additionally, leadership experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Maxis Medical and VP Clinical, Regulatory, & Quality at Vascular Dynamics. Previous roles involve extensive management of clinical research studies, including oversight of a 250-subject IDE study and protocol writing at Micrus Endovascular/Codman CNV, as well as contributions to scientific affairs and clinical research at Pulmonx, Inc. and Asthmatx. Sujith holds an M.B.B.S in Medicine from Kempe Gowda Institute of Medical Science, completed between 1997 and 2002.
