Joe Bogdan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Affairs at PlanetArt.com and Avanquest since 2020, Joe has played a significant role in supporting businesses in technology and personalized products. With a strong background as Outside General Counsel for multiple organizations, including myDevices and Merit/Andrew, Joe has demonstrated expertise in legal and business affairs across diverse industries. A founding member of The L Suite (TechGC), Joe is part of a peer community focused on sharing knowledge among General Counsels. Joe holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, along with a Master of Arts from the Annenberg School of Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
