Avant Construction Group is a Jacksonville-based general contractor specializing in commercial construction throughout the Southeastern United States. Founded in 1997, our work spans ground-up construction, interior build-outs, historic renovation, adaptive reuse, and design-build — with deep expertise in DIA/COJ funding, SHPO compliance, and National Historic Preservation requirements.

We believe the best projects are built on relationships. At Avant, collaboration with owners, architects, and developers isn't just part of our process — it's the foundation of everything we do. Every project is a partnership focused on bringing the client's vision to life with precision and care.

Notable Projects: Greenleaf & Crosby Building, Federal Reserve Bank adaptive reuse, Emerald Station at Phoenix Arts & Innovation District, Sweet Pete's Historic Seminole Building (featured on CNBC's The Profit), and Chelsea Market, Manhattan.
