Al Prentice

Al Prentice has extensive experience in wealth management and sales, currently serving as Vice President at Avantax Wealth Management℠ since June 2019. Prior to this role, Al Prentice was the Vice President at 1st Global from June 1999 to June 2019, managing the Business Management Services group and focusing on sales and marketing strategies for BMS Advisors. Al Prentice's earlier career includes positions as a Sales Manager at Motorola from January 1985 to December 1997 and as a Production Engineering Associate at Superior Oil Company from January 1979 to December 1984. Al Prentice holds an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and an M.Ed. in Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, along with a B.A. in English and Math from the same institution.
