Mike Pilon

Michael Pilon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AVANTech, LLC, a role held since August 2023. Previously, Michael held several key positions at Valiant Integrated Services from July 2017 to August 2023, including Chief Corporate Development Officer and President. Michael also worked at GardaWorld Federal Services as Chief Financial and Administration Officer from May 2015 to July 2017, overseeing finance, asset management, human resources, and information technology functions. Prior to that, Michael served as Senior Vice President of Finance at AECOM from June 2012 to May 2015, and held finance management roles at BAE Systems, Inc. from 2006 to June 2012. Michael earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Accounting from Bryant University.
