Lis Croccia

Lis Croccia, a Recife native, has a strong belief in the power of people and innovation. They served as a Product & Services Analyst at Amcham-Brasil from 2018 to 2019, where they led various committees focused on entrepreneurship and sustainability. Currently, they are a Team Leader at Avantia, specializing in talent acquisition, learning, performance, and strategic benefits, and actively contribute to gender diversity initiatives. Lis also engages as a Volunteer Mentor at ABRH Pernambuco and has a background in commercial and marketing roles from their internship at GL Empreendimentos. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Pernambuco and have completed ESL Language Instructor training at Lal Language Centres.
