Troy Dehm has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and outdoor recreation industries. Troy began their career in 2010 at Killington as a Cash Room Auditor, where they were responsible for auditing and reconciling cash and credit card sales. In 2011, they worked as a Guest Service Coordinator for Luxury Rentals in Park City, managing and preparing luxury properties. Troy also worked as a Golf Services at Victory Ranch Club, where they greeted and serviced guests and members for their golfing needs. In 2012, they became a Team Leader for Ski Butlers, where they organized succinct work flow and initiated efficient practices for 11 employees. Troy also worked as an Adventures Manager for Blue Sky Utah, where they established and initiated the lodging concierge and sales marketing program. In 2015, they worked as a Repair Technician for Jans Mountain Recreation Experts, providing excellent customer service and knowledge for customers with ski and snowboard damage. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager for Vail Resorts Retail and a Carpenter and Ski Technician for DC Construction & Ski and Snowboard Express. Since 2019, they have been working as a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Associate Account Manager for AvantLink.

Troy Dehm began their educational journey at Honeoye Falls Lima High School, graduating in 2007. Troy then attended SUNY Brockport, studying Finance, until 2009. In 2009, they transferred to Green Mountain College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Resort and Hospitality Management in 2011.
