Atul Gupta

Atul Gupta began their work experience in 2002 as a Scientist/Team Leader at Human Genome Sciences. In 2004, they transitioned to Biogen as a Scientist/Project Manager. In 2009, they joined Flagship Ventures as a Flagship Pioneering Fellow, as well as MilliporeSigma as a Director of Sales. From 2017 to 2019, Gupta worked at Parexel as a Director of Global Product Management, Clinical Research Services. Currently, Atul Gupta is employed at Avantor as the Head of Global Business Development, where they have held various roles such as Head of Global Biopharma Business Development, Senior Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management, and Senior Director of Business Unit Strategy.

Atul Gupta obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance and Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed a BTech MTech degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, spanning from 1994 to 1999.
