Rob Martindale has extensive experience in sales management and product development across various organizations. Currently serving as Sales Development Manager for Europe at Avantor since October 2021, Martindale previously held the position of Product Sales Manager at Antylia Scientific and worked as a Product Manager at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group. As the Founder and Technical Director of Tidal Revival, later renamed Evidence Plastic CIC, Martindale initiated efforts to combat plastic waste on beaches through an innovative mobile application. Prior experience includes roles at Research Instruments, where responsibilities encompassed European Service Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer. Martindale holds a CMI Level 4 Certificate in Management and Leadership and earned a BSc (Hons) in Sports Equipment Design from The University of Salford.
