Currently serving as QA Team Lead at Avantra, Stephen previously held significant roles at CrowdStrike as Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing QA Engineers across the Falcon Console and streamlining feedback on feature releases. With a history of impactful consulting at QA Coach and various leadership positions at MoonPay, Babylon Health, and ClearBank®, Stephen has consistently focused on enhancing QA effectiveness, fostering team happiness, and promoting professional growth.
