Avantum Partners is the UK's only subscription-based consultancy built exclusively for IFA firms with £50M+ AUM — combining M&A advisory, Talent search, and Operational transformation under one integrated partnership.
Founded by three specialist partners with 50+ years of combined global financial services expertise, we work with a deliberately small number of ambitious advisory firms each quarter.
Our focus is singular: to grow, scale and position your business for the exit it deserves.

Unlike traditional consultancies, our unique retainer model delivers continuous, compounding strategic support — not one-off engagements. Every recommendation is made with your 5–10 year exit in mind, aligning valuation, saleability and sustainable growth from day one.

What we do:

- M&A Advisory: valuations, deal structuring, buyer introductions & post-merger integration
- Talent Search: Executive recruitment, succession planning & team design
- Operations: systems, process efficiency & scalable infrastructure

Our Principles: Partnership over transacting. Radical transparency. Global thinking, local precision. Exit-oriented strategy from the start.

We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
